Booking terms & waiver

Who you're booking with

RitmoFutsal is Andrew Olsen trading as RitmoFutsal, based in Hamilton, New Zealand. When you book a programme or a coaching session, your agreement is with him.

Bookings and payment

Booking holds your child's spot straight away. There are two ways to pay for it:

• By card, right now — pay in full at checkout and your spot is confirmed on the spot.
• By bank transfer, within 5 days — use the reference on your booking page so we can match it. The spot is guaranteed once the transfer lands.

We email you both options when you book. If nothing arrives within 5 days the spot goes back to other families and we'll email to let you know. Prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Refunds and cancellations

Programmes and coaching sessions are non-refundable. We plan numbers, venues and coaching around who has booked, so a spot taken is a spot another family couldn't have. If something comes up, talk to Andrew as early as you can — moving you to another programme is sometimes possible, but it isn't guaranteed.

If we cancel — a venue falls through, or a programme doesn't go ahead — you get a full refund, no questions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Drop-off and pick-up

Sessions run to the times listed on your booking. Children are in our care between those times only, so please drop off and collect at the venue rather than leaving younger children to arrive or leave on their own.

Running late is fine and there's no late fee — just call or text Andrew on 022 328 7905 so he knows to wait with your child.

Photos and video

We only use photos or video of your child where you've ticked the consent box when booking — it's optional, and your booking is exactly the same either way. Where you have, we may use them on the RitmoFutsal website and social media to show what the programmes are like. We never publish a child's full name alongside their photo.

Changed your mind? Email us any time and we'll take them down.

Your information

We collect your contact details and your child's name, date of birth, emergency contact and any medical notes, so we can run the sessions safely and get hold of you. Andrew is the only person who sees medical notes. We don't sell or share your details, and card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold.
